OUR DELIVERY SERVICES
We are dedicated to providing exceptional service whilst striving to lower our carbon emissions and promote sustainability. Here’s what you need to know.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
National Next Day Delivery
Our national next day delivery service applies to all products in our categories. These products are marked "Available Next Day" on the website. Orders must be placed before 12 noon to qualify for Next Day delivery.
Delivery of Non-Stock Items
Once non-stock items have been landed (or sourcing is complete) we will dispatch these on our Next Day delivery service.
LOCAL DELIVERY
If you have any questions or would like to request Next Day delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Express Delivery
Next Day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 noon.
Standard Orders
Orders placed before 12 noon for delivery the next day are scheduled to leave us before 5pm.
FREE DELIVERY
Orders £150 and over (ex VAT) are eligible for free delivery to a UK Mainland address.
Deliveries outside Mainland UK are subject to an additional carriage charge.
Some bulky or heavy products are exempt from free carriage.
These products incur a carriage weight surcharge which will prompt you to
fill out a POA (price on application) form before delivery.
